Patrick J. Laguerre

Dr. Patrick Laguerre is a board certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain physician. After graduating from Wake Forest University Medical School, he completed an internship in general surgery at Carolina’s Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. He then studied anesthesiology at Wake Forest University where he trained extensively in regional anesthesia and acute pain management. After completing a post-graduate fellowship in Pain Management at Carolinas Pain Institute in Winston-Salem in 2010, he joined Lake Norman Anesthesia Associates and Pain Management.

Using his training in surgery, anesthesia and pain management, Dr. Laguerre is dedicated to treating patients using a holistic approach, focusing not only on the physical, but the psychological and social aspects of pain as well. He is a recurrent speaker at the Carolina’s Pain Society annual meeting, and has been featured in Pain Pathways, a nationally distributed magazine dedicated to the well-being of those suffering from chronic pain.

Dr. Laguerre works closely with the primary care physicians, surgeons, neurologists, physical therapists and other specialists in the Lake Norman area to provide his patients the most comprehensive care possible. He is known throughout the region for his commitment to his patients and for his ever present smile.
